I was going to put a 0 rating and see what came of it… Haha…We obviously got started with Miller Phillips because of the customer relationship my family had with the company, and i am totally fine with that. I still remember meeting in our basement of the house when we were building in 2004. And 13 years later, the relationship is still going strong. Not that we need to talk that often or hardly at all but when we need you guys, you are always there for us. Thanks a bunch and keep up the good work.

Everyone is always very friendly. I moved away from the Saxonburg area over 4 years ago, but I’d rather keep my insurance with this particular branch of Erie because of the excellent customer service I’ve received over the years. :)

Stacy was very friendly and professional upon my first visit. She stopped what she was doing and didn’t have me wait for her. She responded quickly to my requests.
